Our Regions

Our range of cheese represents the best France has to offer. The care end respect our farmers have for their terroir is paramount in making the best cheeses while respecting the fragile ecosystem that makes  France so great.

Alsace +

Alsace is characterised by its very lush & green scenery made of lakes, rivers, forests, hills and waterfalls. The diversity the region offers makes it an ideal destination to enjoy a unique experience, perhaps in one of the 21 natural reserve, or in one of the two national parks.

Auvergne +

In the heart of France, Auvergne is made of high grazing pastures, deep valleys, and of course mighty volcanos. What sets Auvergne apart is the impressive amount of PDO cheeses its pasture produce: Bleu d’Auvergne, Fourme d’Ambert, or Cantal owe everything to the luxurious nature and favourable climate that allows their production.

Causses +

The Causses offers a wide variety of exceptional landscapes, the result of a long working relationship between man and nature.

The wild and natural surroundings made of mountainous terrain, rivers & lush pastures have been placed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2011.

Roquefort is the king of cheeses here, made from raw Lacaunes ewe’s milk, ripened in natural cellars in the region.

Franche Comté +

What brings together some of France’s most well known cheeses such as Gruyère, Comté and Morbier? They all come from the beautiful region of Franche Comté, with its shades of blue, green and white.

Lorraine +

With massive forests, lakes, thermal springs, waterfalls, Lorraine has some of France’s most unspoilt countryside, along with being the third most wooded area in the whole of France with large fir and beech forests. Hiking paths and mountain biking paths are in abundance to experience the local flora and fauna.

Pyrénées +

The land of 2500 lakes, from beaches to summits, the Pyrenees are an island between sea and ocean, which offers exceptional fauna & flora.

Between earth and sky, the rocky massif with a length of 430km, makes a formidable barrier between France & Spain.

Savoie +

As a preserved land, Savoie has it all to satisfy mountain and nature enthusiasts. Superb landscapes made of snow-capped mountains and high pastures where Tarine and Abondance cows, the two local breeds can graze on rich and flavorful grass.

The excellent quality milk collected allows for the production of the star of the region, Beaufort, also called prince of Gruyères.
